Haaga-Perho - research, training and development services

Haaga-Perho, a part of the Haaga Institute Foundation, is an organisation offering research, training and development services.

With its 21 specialists, Haaga-Perho operates nation-wide. Two of our offices are located in Helsinki and one in Rovaniemi.

We provide research, training and development services especially for the hotel, catering and hospitality industry, but also for other service sectors, municipalities and government offices.

Our training portfolio includes, for example, diploma programmes in management; entrepreneurship; the hotel, catering and hospitality industry and a specialist vocational qualification in product development.

In addition to diploma programmes, we organise various short-term training programmes and courses.
Haaga-Perho’s research services cover a wide range of requirements for different companies, from employee analyses to customer surveys.

Within the field of development services for the hospitality industry, Haaga-Perho has become famous as a nation-wide developer of quality in tourism enterprises and services. Haaga-Perho has run the Finnish Tourist Board’s Quality1000 programme nation-wide now for ten years.
